Competition Law

The course aimes at learning the terminology inherent in competition. Taking into account the development of competition law in European countries, the student must clearly understand the formation of Ukrainian competition and antitrust law. The task is not only to study the major provisions of the current legislation, but also to master the major provisions of the competition law of other countries with developed market economies, as well as to learn how to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice.
