Information Law

The main goal of the course is to provide the opportunity to acquire the knowledge on the basic theoretical principles of legal regulation of information circulation, as well as to get a general idea of the extensive national information legislation composition and content, to develop skills of proper interpretation and application of its norms, to acquire the ability to freely navigate the legislative acts regulating the legal status of the media, circulation of certain types of information (advertising, election campaigning).
