Financial Law

This course is aimed at forming the profession of a lawyer in the financial, tax and banking sectors. The course will focus on the basic concepts, categories and institutions of financial law, skills of applying theoretical knowledge in practical activities in various areas of finance. This course not only covers the theoretical provisions and content of financial legislation, but also assists in developing skills for applying the rules to specific situations encountered in everyday life. Therefore, the course includes both specific judicial practice and generalization of judicial practice on certain issues of financial law application.
