Disciplinary responsibility of the judges

The aim of this course is to provide students of the master’s program with an understanding of the legal nature of the institution of disciplinary responsibility of judges and the specifics of its implementation in national legislation. The program of the academic discipline provides for the study of international standards for disciplinary proceedings against judges, principles and standards of professional conduct of judges, issues of reconciling the disciplinary responsibility of judges and the independence of judges, the substantive legal grounds for the disciplinary responsibility of judges and the procedure for bringing judges to disciplinary

responsibility, as well as an analysis of the disciplinary practice of disciplinary bodies and the Supreme Court.
