Basic Skills in Dispute Resolution
The main part of the course is focused on overview and acquisition of practical skills of working in a dispute in order to use the positive potential of the conflict, in particular: understanding the main components of negotiations, the purpose and objectives of preparing for them, and the styles and techniques of conducting various types of negotiations, as well as the rules for conducting various stages of negotiations. A separate part of the course is an introduction to mediation and the role of a mediator, as well as learning the rules of mediation.
