Current Issues of Public International Law
This course provides a brief overview of current issues of public international law. It is based on the introduction to the characteristics, basic concepts, categories, institutions and branches of international law. The students are expected to acquire skills in working with international treaties and cases of the International Court of Justice, their interpretation and application to specific situations of international life.
