Administrative Procedures

Administrative procedure is an established procedure for considering and resolving a case (a model of proceedings), and the proceedings are the actual consideration and resolution of a particular case. The purpose of the course is to study administrative procedures in the context of the executive and local self-government authorities. The concept of administrative procedure is connected with the scientific discussion on the essence of administrative justice and the understanding of the concept of administrative process. Administrative procedure is a procedure established by the provisions of administrative procedural law for the respective legal relations subjects regarding the implementation of legislative and regulatory framework in the field of public administration and regarding the consideration and resolution of specific administrative cases.
