Administrative Law

The course is a necessary part of the study of professional (legal) courses. Administrative law is one of the key branches of the Ukrainian legal system. By regulating the functioning of public authorities in the state, administrative law actually reflects all relations existing in society. At the same time, administrative law plays a special role in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and other subjects not holding power in their relations with public institutions. Administrative law is a core academic course, which is required for the complete and high-quality education of law students. This course covers the fundamental categories of administrative law, key ideas and provisions of the Concept of Reform of Administrative Law of Ukraine, as well as the major directions, organizational and legal means and prospects for the implementation of administrative reform in Ukraine.
