This elective academic course focuses on the administrative liability in accordance with the modern societal needs. The purpose of the course is to master the legal foundations for the implementation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the area of administrative liability. Particular focus will be on the practical aspects of administrative liability as one of the types of legal liability.
