Housing Law: Practical Course
The course covers the general provisions of housing law, sources of housing law, providing citizens with residential premises, use of these premises, use of servant premises and dormitories, grounds for acquisition of ownership of residential property, privatization of the state housing stock, organization and operation of housing cooperatives, use of residential premises in private housing stock, rent, payment for maintenance of buildings and surrounding areas and utilities, and liability for violation of housing law.
