Human Rights and Biomedicine
The course covers both the international legal regulation of human rights in the light of biomedicine and the practice of international courts and national legislation. The course examines human rights envisaged by international legal documents, as well as protection tools and the activities of international institutions working in the field of human rights protection with regard to the application of biomedical achievements.
