Criminal Proceedings Practice: National Realities and International Standards

The course is a part of the “Criminal Justice” certificate program delivered in partnership with Vasyl Kisil & Partners Law Firm. The course focuses on problematic aspects of the prosecution and defense that are not sufficiently regulated by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. In order to deepen the understanding of the course, the students are asked to draft a number of procedural documents based on specific materials of criminal proceedings.
