Міжнародне інвестиційне право і вирішення спорів (англійською мовою)

A one-semester course for postgraduate students with interest in dispute resolution. It provides a birds-eye view of the regulation of foreign investment, the history of resolving investment disputes, and the system of investment protection as one of the means of dispute resolution. The students are required to follow reading materials and be prepared to read and discuss case law in class. By the end of the course, the students will gain knowledge and understanding of landmark investment cases in Ukraine and worldwide.

The course offers four directions of study that culminate in a different final graded assignment, open to students’ personal choice, legal drafting (essay), advocacy (debate), teamwork (joining an organizational team as a legal intern), and participation in EEFI Moot Court.
