International Contract Law

The course covers the study of modern concepts of contract interpretation in the codified and case law systems, the process of concluding international commercial contracts, legal regulation of international commercial contracts, correlation and problems of international acts and civil law regulation of contracts in the legislation of Ukraine. The course provides students with the opportunity to draft international commercial contracts, analyze international court cases concerning international commercial contracts, analyze problematic issues of the major legal system in international relations.
