Nazar Kulchytskyi
Senior Lecturer at the Department of International and European Law
Practicing attorney, national expert of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
Mr. Kulchytskyi has extensive experience in representing legal entities and individuals in criminal proceedings. He represents the interests of legal entities and individuals in the European Court of Human Rights.
2012–2013 – Government Agent for the European Court of Human Rights. During the tenure, Mr. Kulchytskyi prepared the state's position in more than 500 cases before the European Court of Human Rights, including representing Ukraine during oral hearings in the cases of Lutsenko v. Ukraine, Tymoshenko v. Ukraine and Oleksandr Volkov v. Ukraine.
2007–2012 – Head of the Secretariat of the Government Agent for the European Court of Human Rights.
