Dr. Daria Bohatchuk is a Senior Lecturer at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Dr. Bohatchuk has more than thirteen years of experience in the field of law, including work as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Centre for Life Sciences Law (Zentrum für Life Sciences-Recht) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Basel, Switzerland, work in a leading Ukrainian law firm and in the constitutional state authority in the field of justice.
Daria is the author of more than 38 publications in journals and conference proceedings.
Spheres of specialization: legal regulation of digital technologies, legal aspects of artificial intelligence, intellectual property law, international law, issues of rule of law, transparency, constitutionalism and good governance.
