Dr. Daria Bohatchuk is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Dr. Bohatchuk has fourteen years of experience in the field of law, including work as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Centre for Life Sciences Law (Zentrum für Life Sciences-Recht) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Basel, Switzerland, work at a leading Ukrainian law firm and at the secretariat of the constitutional state authority in the field of justice.
Dr. Daria Bohatchuk is the author of more than 40 publications in periodicals, journals, and conference proceedings.
Main areas of expertise: technology law, artificial intelligence, intellectual property law, international law, issues of rule of law, constitutionalism and good governance.
