The 12th issue of Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal welcomes submissions

The Faculty of Law at NaUKMA invites scholars and researchers to contribute to the upcoming issue of the Kyiv-Mohyla Law & Politics Journal (KMLPJ) — an international, peer-reviewed journal in law and politics.

The 12th issue welcomes submissions on a wide range of relevant and timely topics.

• In the field of law, these include: rule of law, theory of argumentation, legal interpretation, comparative constitutional law, public international law, international human rights, international environmental law, and international business law.
• In politics, the focus covers: post-Soviet politics, transitional studies, EU politics and policies, international relations and comparative politics in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as political theory and methodology.

In addition to research articles, the journal also welcomes book reviews and case reviews within these fields.

The language of publication is English. Manuscripts must comply with the journal’s author guidelines.

KMLPJ is an open-access, interdisciplinary journal published annually online and committed to high academic standards and scholarly ethics. It is included in the “Category A” list of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and indexed in Scopus (D8 Law, D9 International Law, C2 Political Science). There are no publication fees.
