NaUKMA Faculty of Law contributes to “Leaders of Transformation and Economic Cooperation with Ukraine” programme
The Faculty of Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy has joined the implementation of the postgraduate programme “Leaders of Transformation and Economic Cooperation with Ukraine”.
The programme was officially launched on 10 October at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. It is jointly delivered by SGH Warsaw School of Economics, PKO Bank Polski, KredoBank, the Faculty of Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and Deloitte.
The programme aims to prepare managers and professionals working in Ukrainian-Polish economic cooperation and Ukraine’s recovery projects. Preparations for the initiative took more than six months. The programme will be delivered in a blended format, combining theoretical learning with practical applications.
At the opening ceremony, Volodymyr Venher, Dean of the Faculty of Law, addressed the participants. In his remarks, he highlighted the experience of Ukrainian businesses that continue to operate and adapt amid Russia’s full-scale invasion, as well as the potential to draw on this experience to develop Ukrainian-Polish economic cooperation.

The Faculty of Law at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy will be responsible for teaching Ukrainian law. This component will introduce participants to Ukraine’s legal framework, which is relevant to the implementation of joint investment and economic projects in the context of Polish and European Union legislation.
The Faculty’s participation in the programme is coordinated by Roksolana Khanyk-Pospolitak, Head of the Centre for Civil Law Studies and Associate Professor at the Department of Private Law at NaUKMA. Five other faculty members from the Department will also contribute to teaching: Volodymyr Pospolitak, Illia Novoseltsev, Roman Radeiko, Yaroslav Abramov and Oleksandr Diakulych.
The Faculty’s involvement in this programme forms part of its ongoing international academic cooperation, contributing legal expertise to the training of professionals engaged in joint Ukrainian-Polish projects.
