Family Law Moot Court Competition
On 30 September and 1 October, Kyiv-Mohyla hosted the regular Family Law Moot Court Competition organised by the ELSA Student Association.
The Family Law Moot Court is a traditional format of family law competitions in the form of moot court. This is the closest possible prototype of court hearings.
For two intense days, law students from Kyiv competed in their knowledge of family law and in presenting their own positions in accordance with the case, which was authored by Tetiana Fedoseieva, PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Private Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla.
Academy was also represented:
– team of students who made it to the quarter-finals: Mykhailo Demianov, Anastasiia Zuzyk and Maksym Baryshov;
– judges-teachers: Lesia Muzyka and Tatiana Fedoseeva.
