Expanding Academic Cooperation: National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Università Telematica Pegaso Strengthen Partnership

National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Università Telematica Pegaso, a leading Italian online university, have signed a cooperation agreement in Rome. This is not just a formality but a confirmation of the ongoing active collaboration between our institutions.
The main focus of our partnership is educational programs on EU digital law. From December 2024 to February 2025, we jointly conducted a series of online seminars dedicated to the regulation of digital data, markets, and artificial intelligence in the European Union.

– Data Protection Regulation (Prof. Shaira Thobani, Università degli Studi di Torino )
– Data Economy and Digital Services Act (Prof. Valeria Confortini, Università Telematica Pegaso)
– Data Governance Act (Prof. Vittorio Occorsio, Università Mercatorum )
– Digital Markets Act (Prof. Manlio Del Giudice; Prof. Andrea Sestino, Luiss Guido Carli University)
– Artificial intelligence Act (Prof. Angela Correra and Dr. Fernanda Faini, Università Telematica Pegaso)
– Markets in Cryptoassets (Prof. Francesco Paolo Patti, Università Telematica Pegaso)
– Final lecture with speakers from the Court of Justice of the European Union (Prof. Andrea Biondi and Avv. Igor Taccani).
In addition to the agreement signing, during the meeting in Rome, Volodymyr Venher, Dean of the Faculty of Law at NaUKMA, delivered a presentation on “Rule of Law in Wartime: Case of Ukraine” as part of a research seminar.
We continue our collaboration in education and research, expanding opportunities for students and faculty.
