Crime in the Field of Economics: Attorneys’ Practice

The course is focused on the issues of protection and representation of the victim in criminal proceedings on white-collar crimes, in particular, the evasion from paying taxes and other mandatory payments, legalization of the property obtained by criminal means, fraud, crimes in the field of banking, etc. The course is taught by an attorney from a leading Ukrainian law firm practicing in the relevant field. Other practitioners are invited as guest lecturers. The course is part of the “Criminal Justice” certificate program.
