Legal Comparative Studies (in English)

This course is an overview of legal systems in Europe, the United States, and Ukraine as w ell as international legal tribunals. The course w ill focus on the civil and common law systems and how they relate to and effect international law in the era of globalization. This course will be conducted as a seminar.
