Civil Procedure Law

The course covers the legal rules governing the operation of the court and other subjects of procedural activity for the purpose of protecting the subjective rights of individuals and legal entities. A judicial form of protection of subjective rights and legally protected interests of individuals guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine and other legislation of Ukraine is also covered.
