The Law of External Relations of the EU (in English)

The course covers the legal basis of the EU’s external competence and the main types of association agreements between the EU and other countries. Within the framework of the course, the following is focused at in more detail: the structure of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement; approximation of Ukrainian legislation to EU law; principles of the EU-Ukraine Free Trade Area; and the effect of the Association Agreement in the legal systems of Ukraine and the EU.
