Practical aspects of commercial activity in Ukraine
A core course for acquiring knowledge and skills in professional legal training. It consists of three blocks that provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills regarding the activities of legal entities with an emphasis on compliance, energy, and procedural legislation of Ukraine.
The aim of the course “Practical aspects of commercial activity in Ukraine” is to prepare master’s students majoring in law for work in the practical sphere. From this point of view, future master’s students must acquire practical skills in the field of economic activity that will
allow them to find or form their own well-founded legal positions for solving practical problems. In addition to the above, the teaching of the discipline involves the formation of skills for independent work with normative, empirical, and theoretical material as necessary prerequisites for the professional activity of a lawyer when working with clients.
