International corporate finance

The International corporate finance is a specialized course consisting of a series of lectures and practical seminars on topics such as: introduction to corporate law and corporate governance, shareholder rights and share capital formation, the Board of Directors and creditor rights protection, hostile takeovers, mergers and acquisitions (friendly). The aim of the course is to introduce students to a comprehensive system of private and public regulators of international business, issues of choosing the appropriate law for regulating corporate relations, and to provide options for resolving investment corporate disputes.
