Criminal law. Special part

The course “Criminal law. Special part” is aimed at mastering the provisions of criminal law regarding criminal offenses covered by the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Studying this course enables students to understand the concept and structure of the Special Part of criminal law and its relationship with the General Part; master the theory of criminal law classification and acquire the skills to apply it in practice; study the provisions of the Special Part of criminal law with focus on the characteristics of individual criminal offenses; familiarize themselves with the practice of applying the provisions of the Special Part of criminal law through the study of commentaries (positions) provided by the Supreme Court, as well as summaries of judicial practice.
