Rule of Law Research Center

The Center was established by Professor M. Koziubra in 2008 to conduct fundamental research on the rule of law and to introduce modern approaches to its understanding and practical application in the Ukrainian legal science.

The concepts of “Rule of Law”, “Rechtsstaat” and “Etat de droit”, which are well developed in Western European doctrine, have just begun to be absorbed by Ukrainian scholars and legal practitioners.

Based on the achievements of theoretical jurisprudence and best practices in law enforcement, we conduct in-depth research on the rule of law and its components. The results of such research become the basis for scientific publications, educational courses, educational (training) programs and expert opinions.
