Civil law and legal policy: practical course
Civil law and legal policy: practical course is an elective course worth 3 credits, which is studied by master’s program students in the first semester. The total number of academic hours is 90, including 14 hours of lectures and 16 hours of group classes in the fall semester. The fall semester ends with an exam. The final assessment is in written form (test questions).
The aim of the course “Civil law and legal policy: practical course” is to prepare master’s students majoring in Law for legal practice. From this point of view, future master students, based on the knowledge already acquired at the bachelor’s level, should improve their legal skills and deepen their practical knowledge of Civil Law of Ukraine, which will allow them to find or form their own well-founded legal positions for solving practical problems. In addition to the above, the course involves the formation of skills for independent work with normative, empirical, and theoretical material as necessary prerequisites for the professional activity of a lawyer.
