Application of legal precedent

The course is aimed at studying the theoretical foundations of legal precedent, which is determined by the needs of the science of legal theory.
The declared European integration course of Ukraine, the adaptation of domestic legislation to EU standards,
entry into international markets requires the study of foreign instruments of legal regulation,
among which legal precedent occupies an important place.
