Міжнародна юридична практика (англійською мовою)

This is a one-semester master program course that will provide an introduction of the legal spheres an international acting lawyer might cross in his/her career. The course will provide a brief introduction into main European law principles and international law regimes which have extraterritorial effects outside of their country, also in Ukraine. During the course, the students will discuss practical cases in all these areas and based on that will get a basic understanding of areas of law, which should be known by all lawyers who want to work ion an international level.
