Head of the public organization “Fund for Social and Environmental Innovation.”
Veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Has experience in the field of political party and project development, local government development, public administration, working with civil society and veteran initiatives.
One of his priorities in his work is the reintegration and creation of conditions for the involvement of veterans in public service and work in local government.
Research interests: regional and local development, state and regional veteran policy, public administration, strategic communications.
Teaches:
European governance practices, Fundamentals of public service and human resources management, Project management in conditions of uncertainty.
