Doctor of Laws (University of Pittsburgh, USA), Master of Laws (University of Illinois, USA).
Field of research: international trade law, World Trade Organization, free trade areas, trade remedies (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and special measures), government intervention in the economy (including subsidies), interrelationships between subsidies, trade and environmental issues.
