Graduate and lecturer at the Andriy Meleshevych Kyiv-Mohyla School of Governance. Civic engagement specialist for the USAID project “Promoting Integrity in the Public Sector” (Pro-Integrity). Co-founder and Head of the NGO “Ukraine: Act.” Previously served as the project manager for digital development in local self-governance and coordinator for CDTO (Chief Digital Transformation Officer) at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. From 2019 to 2021, developed grant programs for the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, including the “Cultural Capitals of Ukraine” grant program.
Lecturer for the course: Cultural and Creative Industries (elective course, 4th year, fall semester).
Research interests: exploring the relationship between investment in culture and creativity, and the development of communities at regional and local levels; analyzing tools for providing citizens with cultural services in the context of decentralization reform.
