Nataliya Kozachuk
Associate Professor of the Department of International and European Law
Ph.D. in Law, international lawyer with extensive research and practical experience in the field of international trade law. Legal advisor for the regional GIZ project "Strengthening Sustainable and Digital Trade Routes and Logistic Concepts between the Eastern Partnership Countries and the EU" (EasTnT project). Served as a lecturer in the Bachelor's and English-language Master's program “International Trade Regulation” at the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, from 2016 to 2019, and as an associate professor at the Department of Public Governance at the Kyiv School of Economics from 2021 to 2022. Coached teams participating in the regional and final rounds of the ELSA WTO Moot Court Competition from 2014 to 2017. Served as a Panelist for national, regional, and final oral and written rounds of the John Jackson WTO Moot Court Competition from 2018 to 2024. Scholarship recipient of the English-language Master's program in International Economic Law and Policy (IELPO) at the University of Barcelona in 2012-2013. Received an honorable mention for participation in the International Conference of PhD Students and Young Scholars of the International Economic Law Community (PEPA SIEL Conference, Nicosia, Cyprus) in 2018. Has extensive teaching experience in international trade law, WTO law, WTO dispute resolution, trade defense measures (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy measures and safeguards), and environmental law.
