Associate Professor of the Department of Private Law
Candidate of Science of Law (PhD), Associate Professor.
Dr. Fedosieieva has been teaching since 2001. Her research interests include civil, civil procedural, family, housing, land legal relations, topical issues of their settlement, perspective legislation and advocacy, notary and judicial practice. She is particularly interested in researching the enforcement of decisions of courts and other authorities, real estate rights and the resolution of family disputes. The range of scientific interests is not static, its expansion is due, in particular, to the results of teaching and advocacy.
