At the invitation of the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law and Administration, a delegation from the Kyiv-Mohyla Faculty of Law took part in the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Center for Foreign Law Schools (OKSPO).

The delegation included Volodymyr Venher, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Associate Professors Roksolana Khanyk-Pospolitak and Volodymyr Pospolitak from the Department of Private Law.

The Center for Foreign Law Schools (OKSPO) brings together a number of international academic programs, among which the School of Ukrainian Law holds a special place. For many years, it has served as an important platform for academic and cultural dialogue between Ukraine and Poland.

In his welcoming remarks, Dean Volodymyr Venher emphasized the significance of such schools, which not only promote knowledge of different legal systems but also help to foster lasting connections among academic communities, students, and practitioners. He highlighted that it is precisely through such initiatives that mutual understanding and trust are built — values that are crucial for the future of Europe.

The celebration culminated in a graduation ceremony for this year’s students of the School of Ukrainian Law. The event reaffirmed that the School remains a meaningful educational and cultural initiative uniting young lawyers around shared values — the rule of law, cooperation, and international solidarity.
