Development of Author’s Courses

The Faculty upholds the principles of creative and student-centered learning, where the student—not the textbook—is at the heart of the educational process. Our students are encouraged to think critically, analyze, and defend their viewpoints rather than merely memorize legal texts or statutes.
As the legal market continues to evolve and transform, it remains one of the key stakeholders in the educational process. To meet its changing needs and expectations, law schools must also adapt and respond to new realities.
The Faculty offers a unique opportunity for professionals, academics, and practitioners to design and deliver an original course that will be both engaging for the instructor and valuable for our law students. The course may focus on theoretical aspects or explore practical nuances within a particular field of law.
For instance, one of our elective courses is devoted exclusively to the enforcement of obligations, enabling students to study the intricate mechanisms and challenges of this legal institution in depth.
Thanks to a wide range of elective disciplines, students can tailor their own specializations and build individual career paths, finding their professional niche in an ever-changing labor market.
If you have ideas or proposals for a new course, please contact us at law@ukma.edu.ua — we will be happy to connect with you shortly.
