A new issue of the «NaUKMA Research Papers. Law» — Volume 16 (2025)

This is the latest issue of a peer-reviewed open-access academic journal bringing together research from various fields of law. In this volume, the authors address, in particular, human rights in the digital age, judicial review and the reasoning of public authorities’ decisions, compliance, artificial intelligence, blockchain, as well as the case law of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the European Court of Human Rights.

The issue also features a translation of a timely commentary by Professor Anne Peters — Director of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg (Germany) — devoted to contemporary threats to international law.

All articles have undergone double-blind peer review, are assigned DOIs, and are freely available for reading. The journal is indexed in national and international scientometric databases, ensuring broad accessibility of the published research.

The publication was made possible thanks to the work of the authors, reviewers, and editorial team, as well as the support of partners and benefactors who help ensure the journal’s regular publication.

The journal accepts submissions in Ukrainian and English on an ongoing basis. We also announce that the 2026 issues will include a special section dedicated to the scholarly legacy of Professor Mykola Koziubra.
