Bohdan Bernatskyi

PhD in Law, Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute. He conducts research on issues of modern international law and international relations. He specializes in international sanctions and is the author of several publications on the transformation of economic sanctions. He teaches at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Consultant for non-governmental projects in Ukraine that assist with investigations of war crimes. Founder of the Sanctions Finder platform, which provides access to all US and EU sanctions programs.
