Graduated from the Engineering and Physics Faculty of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” with a major in Dynamics and Strength of Machines in 2001. Earned a master’s degree in Public Administration (cum laude) from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2019. Completed additional training at the Baltic Defence College (Tartu, Estonia) in 2021 and the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies at the University of Tartu in 2025.
Professional experience includes engineering and managerial roles in the defense industry since 2000. From 2020 to 2022, served as a state expert on European and Euro-Atlantic integration policy at the Directorate of Defense Policy, Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. In 2021, joined the public initiative “Council of Civic Oversight over the Implementation of the Ukraine–NATO Annual National Programme” as chief analyst.
Author of more than 40 scholarly publications. Teaches the course “Ensuring National Security.” Professional interests include strategic management, global and national security, international politics, innovation and venture management, and the development of modern technologies.
