Volodymyr Hryshko

Volodymyr Hryshko is a Senior Legal Counsel at Truth Hounds and a member of the International Expert Council of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, where he advises on war crimes against the environment.
At Truth Hounds, he leads and coordinates complex investigations and legal submissions on violations of international humanitarian and human rights law, advises Ukrainian national authorities on the prosecution of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and represents the organization before national and international stakeholders.
In 2024, he co-coached the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy team to victory in the 47th Telders International Law Moot Court Competition—only the second such achievement in Ukraine’s history.
His research interests include public international law, particularly the law of state responsibility, international humanitarian law, and international criminal law.
