Winning the research paper competition

Sergii Bagirov was awarded a second degree diploma in the nomination “Criminal Law” for the article “Reckless Negligence” in the current conditions of reforming criminal law: the problem and ways to solve it”.
The relevant decision was made by the Presidium of the Ukrainian Association of Criminal Law on 27 September.
