Industrial Property Law

Industrial property right is the result of intellectual activity suitable for industrial use. The course is aimed at providing students with practical skills in registering rights to such industrial property objects as: trademarks (registration and acquisition of rights, filing a response to an official preliminary opposition to the registration of a trademark, opposition to the registration of a similar trademark), industrial design, invention and utility model, know-how as well in the execution of contracts for the management of intellectual property rights.
