Head of Kyiv-Mohyla School of Governance
Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Head of the Master's Program in Public Management and Administration at NaUKMA. Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Policy and Strategic Public Management.
Internships/studies at universities (schools): Queen's University, Carleton University, Dalhousie University, KSAP, World Bank Institute and others. He has been a manager, expert, trainer of numerous international projects (UNDP, CIDA, USAID, SIDA, NISPAcee, IFI, IPEN, PAUCI, Eastern Europe, World Bank Institute, Council of Europe, etc.) in the field of policy development/analysis, strategic planning/management, monitoring and evaluation, training and professional development of public servants in Ukraine. He is a member of several professional associations, editorial boards and expert groups. Author of more than 250 publications.
