Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor.
Hennadii Riabtsev is a specialist in policy analysis and strategic planning. He works at the intersection of public administration, economics, and energy. Therefore, his research is focused not only on the formation and implementation of public policy, ensuring energy and technological security, but also on the study of energy markets, development of hydrocarbon fields, oil production and refining, and operation of motor fuels, including those with biological additives.
He is the author of seven monographs, three textbooks, 10 manuals and reference books, 42 patents of Ukraine, and more than 3,500 publications in scientific journals and mass media.
