Senior Lecturer at the Department of General Theory of Law and Public Law
A professional lawyer with an interdisciplinary approach and international experience in the field of rule of law, human rights, anti-trafficking and cybercrime investigation. Iryna Ivankiv holds a Master of Laws degree from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University of Ukraine and an LL.M. in Rule of Law for International Development from Loyola University Chicago. She is a member of the international research group of Nordic Summer Institute & European Humanities University. Her main place of work is the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine where she is the National Rule of Law Adviser. Ms. Ivankiv also works on research on human rights and humanitarian issues, including the right to peace, the right to sustainable development and the right to a healthy environment. She knows English, Polish, Italian and Russian languages.
