Participants included experts documenting, investigating, and providing legal assessments of events that bear the characteristics of war crimes amid the armed conflict and Russian aggression against Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion was moderated by Alan Blakley, Visiting Professor at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
