Jackson Moot Court Competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">The Faculty of Law team from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) has achieved a historic milestone by advancing to the semifinals (top four) of the Final Oral Rounds of the <strong>John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition<\/strong>, one of the world&#8217;s most prestigious international student competitions in World Trade Organization (WTO) law.<\/p>\n<p>This marks the best result in the history of NaUKMA&#8217;s participation in the competition and the second-best result ever achieved by a Ukrainian university.<\/p>\n<p>The Final Oral Rounds took place in Geneva, bringing together 24 of the world&#8217;s leading teams, selected through regional rounds from a field of nearly 100 teams. This year&#8217;s moot court problem focused on the international legal aspects of trade in critical minerals \u2014 a topic of particular relevance to Ukraine in the current geopolitical context.<\/p>\n<p>Reaching the semifinals reflects the Faculty of Law students&#8217; exceptional preparation, in-depth knowledge of international economic law, persuasive oral advocacy skills, and strong teamwork.<\/p>\n<p>We warmly congratulate the team and its coaches on this outstanding achievement and wish them continued success in future international competitions!<\/p>\n<p>We extend our special gratitude to <strong>Serhiy Koziakov &amp; Partners<\/strong> and all individual donors whose generous support made the team&#8217;s participation in the Final Oral Rounds in Geneva possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Faculty of Law team from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) has achieved a historic milestone by advancing to the semifinals (top four) of the Final Oral Rounds of the John H.
